OneWorld Properties has successfully sold over 5,500 units, totaling over $5 billion in residential sales. Leveraging our over 20 years of experience, our team has established a dominant presence in domestic and international markets, with sales to buyers from over 20 major U.S. cities and 60 different countries.

Founded by Peggy Olin, OneWorld Properties seeks to go beyond a typical brokerage by partnering with prestigious U.S. developers of luxury condominium buildings. While historically focused in South Florida, we have also worked in markets such as New York, Los Angeles, Houston, and Atlanta on behalf of leading institutions including AECOM, CIM, Starwood Capital, TPG, Encore, and WCI Communities.

As a full-service real estate company, we also specialize in representing buyers and sellers with high-end luxury properties throughout South Florida and beyond.

The company currently oversees a portfolio that exceeds $1 billion in active inventory throughout Florida. This includes pre-construction projects such as 600 Miami Worldcenter, The Crosby Miami Worldcenter, 501 First Residences, Legacy Hotel and Residences, PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter and, YOTELPAD Miami in Downtown Miami.

We have offices in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and, Shanghai. In March 2018, we became one of the only U.S. brokerage firms to have a permanent presence in China. We opened a full-service office in Shanghai to offer the best U.S. real estate projects and investment opportunities to the Chinese market. Following our success in Shanghai, in 2019 the company expanded to two new markets, opening offices in Beijing and Shenzhen, where we have full-time employees.
