7200 Collins groundbreaking in North Beach

Northlink Capital and OneWorld Properties on March 11 hosted a groundbreaking event for 7200 Collins, a 12-story tower delivering 222 luxury residences to North Beach. 

Guests gathered at the construction site at  7111 Harding Ave. Miami Beach for refreshments the ceremonial first dig. Less than a year after launching sales, 7200 Collins is 93% sold.
