Developers Related Group and Merrimac Ventures broke ground this morning on the 33-story Crosby Residences tower at Miami Worldcenter.

The 450-unit project is 100% sold.

Units will be delivered furnished and ready-to-rent, designed for easy listing on all homesharing platforms.

There will also be over 22,000 square feet of amenity space, including saunas, jacuzzis, cold plunge pools as well as a dedicated space for yoga and meditation. There will also be a coworking center and a juice and coffee bar.

At the top of the tower, a private rooftop restaurant and bar with “breathtaking” skyline views is planned.

No parking garage is planned to be built at The Crosby, but there will be access to nearby garages at Worldcenter.

“With all 450 units at The Crosby sold, this project follows the resounding success of our other ready-to-rent projects,” said Nick Perez, SVP of Related Group.

The Crosby is targeted for delivery in the first quarter of 2025.
