Vaknin also leads the company’s expansion into new markets and spearheads consulting services.
Vaknin brings a wealth of leadership experience, including roles at Beechwood Homes, where he oversaw a diverse portfolio, including luxury homes in The Hamptons and large-scale developments in the Carolinas. He also served as Principal at KRE Capital, managing a $450 million portfolio of Las Vegas condo properties, successfully repositioning them for post-recession sales. And as Senior Vice President at The Marketing Directors, Vaknin expanded the firm into 21 markets, including securing an $8 billion portfolio listing. Vaknin is also adept at digital transformation, particularly in marketing technology and AI-driven lead generation, consistently delivering strong sales results.
With a career portfolio of nearly 11,000 homes sold across nine states and total sales exceeding $5 billion, Vaknin brings a strategic and forward-thinking approach to every project.
Vaknin started his career in the art world, co-founding the Vaknin Schwartz Gallery, which placed two artists in the 2020 Whitney Biennial. He has held executive director positions on the boards of an array of prominent arts organizations. His keen eye for art and design informs his unique ability to bring highly anticipated developments to market and also reposition fledgling developments to set them up for success.
